Comfortable and reliable
Great buy. I exercise daily, and those shoes helped remove stress from my knees due to their gel part and firm grab on the foot. They look and work great.

Great lightweight running shoe!
I bought this same shoe two years ago and really liked how lightweight it is so ended up buying the exact same shoe again! I run about 3 miles each weekday in warmer months, doing other workouts when it's winter. The only thing I could possibly complain about with this shoe is that it does seem to be a little light on the cushioning compared to some others. The light weight and balance of it made me go with it again however, and it is especially nice when it's extremely hot out as the material around the toe area is exceptionally breathable. Definitely wouldn't recommend it for cold weather running! But if you're like me and only run when it's warm and want to feel like you have no weight on your feet at all, then this shoe is for you.

The only running shoes I trust.
I have tried to run off and on over the years (i'm in my 40s) and have been plagued by injury. Until now - I have discovered these shoes and now try to buy them up whenever I see them as they are getting harder and harder to find, but I still make the effort because they work for me! I have had plantar fasciitis, back problems, a leg length discrepancy and with these shoes I can still run! I just completed my first triathlon and these put up with lots of training. These shoes offer a great amount of stability and comfort. I think these are actually better than the kayano xii, but haven't tried the kayano xiii so can't compare.
