Rating: - Buyer Beware
I purchased 8 of these lights. When I clicked this unit to the "on" position the light came on as expected. Unfortunately, when I switched it to the "auto" mode, which is the motion sensing mode, the lights never came on. I opened four, and the motion detectors on all had the same problem. I didn't bother trying the other four. If I could rate this item with a 0 star I would. Buyer beware of this one.

Excellent product. Saves electricty by having a battery powered LED motion sensor light that illuminates the front porch when anyone approaches. Great product, easy to install, works perfectly.

I bought five of the lights. Three of them worked but two of them did not. The two that did not work apparently had infrared sensor problems. One would not work on automatic mode and the other would not time out during automatic mode. The others worked well and provide adequate light in dark areas that it would be difficult to run wire to. I'm very satisfied with the lights that did work and they will be given as gifts as I have already tested them. I rate them at three stars solely because of the difficulty I had with two of the five. However, I rate the supplier, Jack's Tool Shed, at five stars. If there was a rating for ten stars, I would rate them at that. They handled my complaint about the malfunctioning lights very quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely consider Jack's Tool Shed for other purchases based solely on customer service. As for the lights, great concept and they do the job intended provided you get one that works.
