Rating: - Yoga Mat Review
I'm slightly disappointed with this. My hands tend to get sweaty and slip while in certain yoga positions (down dog, etc.), and I had hoped this mat would alleviate that, but it doesn't. My hands and bare feet slip on this too. I wear weight lifting gloves now to prevent slipping. I still use the mat as it helps to somewhat cushion my body and my lower back, but would not purchase another like it. It may work better on a bare floor than on carpet. There are 2 of these in a local recreation center where I also workout and they are fine there.

Rating: - Good Mat with Good Price
This mat is much more than the money I paid. thick enough and no slip. smell isn't so terrible as the other people said. I would go a wider one next time.

Rating: - Good Padding, but not Perfect
The thickness of this mat is good for everyday use and is thin enough to take with you. There was very little "plastic" smell, but it isn't quite as sticky as I would like.

This is a very nice yoga mat. nice color, sticky enough so my feet don't slip, and works well with my new yoga dvds.

Rating: - Much better than a towel!!!
This item has done wonders for my yoga workouts at home. Until I got this pad, I was using a blanket or a towel; this beats them both.
