A waste of time and money
If you travel a lot overseas where GSM cell phones are used, you probably are familiar with juggling multiple SIM cards everytime you go to a foreign location, so i did some research and i found this USB device that supposedly backs up your SIM cards to your computer and supposedly writes multiple SIM cards to just one card you can put on your phone, so you can have multiple phone numbers from different carriers in the US or in different countries.
Once i received the packaged items, the first sign of trouble arose.. the mini CD that came with the unit cannot be read on standard computer CD players, luckily i have a laptop style CD-ROM reader, so i was able to copy the software to that computer and distribute it from there.
Once i installed the software, i noticed the USB drivers were not present anywhere in the CD.
When i plugged in the device in one of my computers, the OS (Windows XP) recognized the SIM card reader / writer as my Motorola RZOR phone (i have the motorola tools software installed on that computer).. and of course the SIM reader software wasn't able to communicate with the unit, despite trying two different SIM cards.
so i installed the software on a second computer that doesn't have the motorola software tools installed, and the OS wasn't able to find the drivers for the unit, so i did a little research and i found out some other USB card readers use the It uses the Prolific PL-2303 USB to Serial (RS232) chipset, so i downloaded the Windows XP drivers here: [...]
After i installed the drivers, the USB SIM reader was recognized by the OS, but the software still failed to read the SIM card with the "SIM Card conneted failure".
After reading all the reviews all over the web, i suspect this product is nothing but a scam, since i have yet to see anyone use a SIM card reader / writer to duplicate their SIM cards into one successfully

Drivers not included. Amateur software.
I wasn't happy at all with this product. The first problem that I had was that the only drivers included on this mini cd were drivers for windows vista. I couldn't find any for xp or even 98. After a good search on the internet, I found that others were faced with similar problems.
The second issue that I had with the whole product was that the software included was completely amateur. Not only were the help pages missing all of their images (which makes instructions useless when the instructions refer to the images), but the general usability of the software was very limited. -- Maybe I just had bad luck, but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Dont buy it
I tried to install this and the drivers did not install automatically. I tried installing the drivers on the disk and they don't work. I searched the web and found articles describing how this unit does not work with any drivers that other people have found. Bottom line - this unit just does not work.
