Editorial Review:

Product Description:
This cool and contemporary Twister game gives kids the ultimate Twister experience. With DVD audio and video instruction, you'll know just where to go. Twister Dance Edition features three levels that teach you the moves to perform on one of the four mats. Includes four mats; each one is a different dance environment.

Amazon.com Review:
This is what you get when you cross a Twister mat with dance lessons, and it's pretty good. The concept is simple: Pop the DVD in the machine, lay out the 2.5-foot square mat in front of the TV, and dance following the onscreen prompts. In Learn mode, an animated choreographer shows you the moves step by step. The 40 dance lessons start slow and simple and gently add complexity. Dance mode increases the tempo and strings the individual moves into a dance routine. Finally, a party mode provides and music and lights without the prompting or examples, but you can only get there after completing the other modes. It's an energetic single-player game, and the instructions suggest rules for making it a competitive game. The mats clearly mark out step zones and are close enough to be within easy reach for anyone taller than about 4 feet. Unlike Twister, though, this game makes sure that you're in no close proximity to other players, which is a good thing since all eyes are focused either on the TV or on floor mats while arms and legs flail. Inside the box you'll find the DVD, instruction booklet, and four non-slip dance mats. --Porter B. Hall

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - My students love it!!!!
I bought this with the intent of using it on my general music students. but my own children love it, my high school choir kids love it and today I finally test drove it on my general music students. I had to make my own mats so everyone would have one (don't laminate them). They all participated and actually seemed to really enjoy it. We are going to make it into a competition after they learn all the dance steps to one of the dance sections. They were really buzzed about that. This is great fun and doesn't require an x-box or anything like that. Thanks for making a great product that is so much fun.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Lots of fun for tweens
Kept my granddaughter and friend dancing and laughing for hours. Good choice of dance moves and music.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Fun Dance Moves and a Great Workout
It's fun and a great workout. The only thing that I had trouble with is catchicg onto the harder dance moves.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - fun
My 8 year old niece loves to play this with her friends. Took over two weeks to arrive because of AMAZON'S VERY SLOW SHIPPING! Barnes and Noble is MUCH FASTER, and FREE!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Perfect
Is a perfect interactive game for children. Better than a Ipod.... you are in movement all the time using your body. You can enjoy it with other or alone. But really, you will enjoy it.

On paper, the Mio DigiWalker P550 looks to be an attractive gadget for the mobile professional, combining the capabilities of a PDA and GPS into one device. However, its poor battery life and subpar navigation skills tell a different story.

Though it won't appeal to the masses quite yet, the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet is a nice, portable device for on-the-go Web browsing, and it has some worthy upgrades.

Though it has a few design and performance glitches, the Sony Ericsson W300i is a quality, basic MP3 cell phone.

Diesel vehicles have nearly a 50-percent market share in Europe, thanks to tax incentives and diesel-friendly legislation across the EU. Diesels are so passé there that you can buy a BMW 730d and no one will think it odd that your luxury car burns oil. Pull up in a diesel 7-Series in America and people would leer at you like you've alighted from an amphibious vehicle reeking of saltwater and dead trout.

But now, thanks to the oft-reported combo of newly-raised CAFE standards, not-so-newly-raised gas prices, and the 50-state diesel engine, GM, Ford, and Chrysler are about to dip more than a hesitant toe into the diesel game. Chrysler offers a diesel in the Grand Cherokee, but soon all three automakers will offer diesels in their best-selling lineups of light trucks -- the Dodge Ram 1500 is expected to offer a 50-state diesel after 2009. Light trucks are being used to lead the charge since those buyers stand to gain the most with the least amount of (perceived) sacrifice.

Diesels currently have 3.2-percent of the American market. Some estimates put them at 15-percent by 2015. That's a huge leap, and diesel still has plenty of hurdles. Diesels will come with a cost premium over gasoline-engined cars. That should be easy enough to conquer -- incentives and some quick cost and longevity calculations should convince people of the benefit. The real hurdle is the nagging issue of perception. The plan will probably be to attack that with a price that makes the proposition unbeatable. Said Chrysler's director of environmental affairs, "If it's priced right, we can sell diesel here. Diesel can give you an immediate poke in fuel economy -- 20 to 40 percent. Not many technologies can deliver that today."
