Editorial Review:Product Description:The nail is made out of 3 layers of protein molecules, connected to each other by Natural Moisturizers. They make the nail supple. In the perfect nail you find 82% of protein-molecules and 18% of Natural Moisturizers. Most nail hardeners will just glue the protein-molecules together, leaving no space for the natural moisturizers, and nails become brittle as a result. Trind Nail Repair tightens the protein-molecules while leaving space for the natural moisturizers leaving nails stronger and healthier.

Maybe I overused this product, but at first I saw a huge improvement in my nails. They didn't break, were actually of even length, and the natural Trind color is great. After a few weeks though, I noticed that at the tips of my nails it looked like the nail was lifting off the bed. In other words, at the "tips," the white part of my tips began spreading farther back into my nail bed on several nails, which creeped me out, so I stopped using it. Maybe this is a reaction to formaldehyde, which is in the product, I don't know. Also, plan on getting to use 1/2 the bottle before it's so gluey and thick as to be unusable. I cap it tightly, etc., and still the stuff dries out and you can't thin it. I even set it out in the Vegas sun all day at 100 degrees plus, and even this didn't thin it down. At $18 bucks a bottle, this isn't much of a bargain. So while a "fair" may be generous, it did seem to work at first, so I am going to cut back on my use and see if I can still use it. Oh - and DO NOT use two coats in one day - especially at first - or your nail beds will feel like they're on fire. I wish they would reformulate this to cure these issues. The best nail product I've found so far is the orinigal Nutra Nail (protein formula), which has become hard to find. the calcium and aloe version didn't do much for me, only the protein version.
