Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - this magazine is like discovery girls only it's made for a.u. girls!
I'm 13 and I bought mine online instead of looking for 'em. It cateers all tweens and I still am a tween! this mag is written in aulstrailan writing such as color is colour I know some words so that's how I know! I love discovery girls and this is mostly how it is except their written differently like dg {discovery girls} is written in american language when total girl is written in a.u. language! they are both so cool! now here's what is always inside total girl:
*Totally jessie {a diary of a nine year-old}
*rocken fairies {they have a comic strip}
*editors letter
*colorful pages that are soo cool!!!
this is a way to spend a boring vaction reading time or reading time! I knew It was totally worth all the money!
-now total girl's biggest fan! you go total girl!

I absolutley adore total girl! girls, don't be fooled if you live in the u.s. they only make 'em in aulstrila sorry. I obviously thought they made them here but nope not here I have been searching in every magazine store and I finally ordered them (...) I got four of them and I read them every single day and i'm going on vacation this weekend to a wedding and I'm taking all them! so I don't know how any of you guys could order 'em but trust me, you'll look in a place where you don't expect!
that's why I gave them five stars!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - totally cool
this magazine caters for all tweens. it talks about fashion and stuff many gurls like. instead of trashy real life stories they talk about kids who do really great stuff and achieve huge possibilities. for instead, in one issue, they talked about a girl who orgaanised a fashion show to raise money for special kids.

Sales of semiconductors in November indicate that consumer products such as LCD (liquid crystal display) TVs, digital music players, and other devices sold well during the holidays, the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) said Monday.

November chip sales rose 2.3 percent year-on-year to $23.1 billion, the SIA said.

Unit demand has far outpaced last year. But falling chip prices have hurt industry revenue, the chip association said. For example, DRAM (dynamic RAM) bit shipments grew 25 percent in the three months through mid-December, but average selling prices have declined 20 percent over the same period.

The association also noted that rising energy prices and concerns about the sub-prime lending issue in the U.S. do not appear to have had a significant impact on consumer spending for the holidays, the SIA said. The group reiterated its forecast that worldwide semiconductor sales will reach a new record in 2007. But it will take a stronger than expected December selling season to reach the 3.8 percent growth goal the group had forecast earlier this year, the SIA said.

Investment banking firm Credit Suisse was not as optimistic as the SIA.

The November data was below normal seasonal trends, noted analyst John Pitzer, in a report on Monday. Even if December reaches its normal seasonal growth, 2007 industry revenue will only reach $255.7 billion, up 3.2 percent over last year. The growth percentage would fall short of the SIA's 3.8 percent target.

The slow November prompted Credit Suisse to lower its 2008 chip industry revenue forecast to 9.4 percent year-on-year growth, down from a previous target of 13 percent.
