Editorial Review:Amazon.com Product Description:Sleek and modern in handsome brushed titanium, this small rectangular money clip provides a stylish option for carrying bills and credit cards. Its simple hinged closure holds bills securely and snaps open easily for instant access. Crafted from 99% commercially-pure gray titanium, the money clip has a brushed outer surface with a distinctive rich gray tone and a contrasting polished interior. It's exceptionally lightweight, yet its rich sheen gives it a substantial, expensive look. An excellent and fashionable alternative to a bulky wallet, this handsome money clip makes a perfect gift for the style-conscious man.
Gray titanium is an exotic-looking metal with exceptional qualities that make it particularly suitable for use in jewelry. It has the impressive durability and strength of steel, yet it is remarkably lightweight--only slightly heavier than aluminum. Titanium is corrosion and scratch resistant and will not react to salt water, sunlight, or any body or common chemistry. Those with metal sensitivities will appreciate the fact that titanium is completely hypoallergenic. Gray titanium is also perfectly suitable for engraving.

Simple & Light
I selected this product over others after searching the web and checking several jewelry stores.
I had two primary requirements: lightweight and strong gripping mechanism.
This model is constructed of titanium; a strong and extremely lightweight metal. Other materials I saw were steel, silver and gold. All were far too heavy.
The gripping mechanism is much better than any other I found. It firmly holds three credit cards and ten bills easily without deforming the metal.
I recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, light, and unassuming money clip.

It works...
It works exactly like I would expect. I carry 5 credit cards/driver's license as well as a few folded bills every day. So far the clip works perfectly.

Does what it is supposed to do.
This little clip does exactly what it is supposed to do.
I had finally grown weary of my overstuffed "George Costanza" sized wallet.
I started dressing more professionally for my new job. I found that even a small wallet produces a very noticeable bulge in fitted dress pants.
It just looked plan weird and awkward.
The wallet had to go.
Enter the money clip. It is sleek, stylish, and transparent in the pocket.
It can hold up to 5 or so credit cards. It requires a forced reduction and down-sizing of non-essential items. So even though it may be challenging, the down-sizing is very welcoming. Traveling light just feels so much better (No more out-of-date rarely used cards and old receipts).
The only reason I am giving this 4 stars (instead of 5 stars) is that it was $25 for a tiny piece of metal. I feel this thing should only be like $3. While I feel this item is overpriced, I also recognize that it if is taken care of, this can be a lifetime investment in comfort and style. The metal itself looks pretty solid, so even if this thing lasts me 5 years (that's $5/year) it is well worth it in the long run.
If you are trying to downsize the load that you carry for recreation or business, i highly recommend this clip.
It sure beats the alternatives: fanny packs or carrying around a man purse!

Works well
I bought this to replace an aging money clip that just wasn't holding bills well. So far this one has been great. It is very light weight, holds 2-3 bills easily, and the price was great.

scratches very easily....
I like the light weight of the money clip. However, I was disappointed with the purchase because...... 1. It scratches very easily just carrying it in your pocket with change or other items. After only a couple of days, it looks very worn and unattractive. 2. A few folded bills will spring the clip. You can squeeze it back into shape, but it's a bit of a pain.
Overall, I would not recommend the money clip. I am keeping mine, because it is not worth the hassle or time to return. I'll use it for a while. At least until I find something else more durable.
