It must be less than 165 lbs. Second, look at the back panel of your TV. If your TV has 4 holes or 6 holes on the back of the screen, measure the vertical and horizontal distance between the holes, as shown below. If the vertical distance is within 2.95' to 13', horizontal distance within 19', then this bracket will fit. If you currently have a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed prior to fitting the wall mount. Third, the width of your TV should be 20' or above. Otherwise the mount is too wide to hide behind your TV.

This product is ok for the price. The tilt is far from being smooth. Also cant figure out how to make it flat... Its seems to me this always tilts down.

This was a very nice wall mount. It was simple to install and the price was very good. I had my TV up and on the wall in one hour and it's still hanging there. The shipping got it there very quickly and came with all the necessary hardware. If you are looking for a simple wall mount at a great price this would be a very good choice.
