Meditation CD
Product came quickly and in good condition. The product is excellent. The moment I listened to it, I felt amazingly relaxed and fell right asleep.

Not worh it
Don't waste your time.The quality of the recording is very poor.Some tracks are louder than others and at one point it sounds as if the pianist hits a wrong note and then tries to cover over the mistake by improvising around it.I know this cd is not meant for musical entertainment, but give me a break!(I could make a better
cd with my own limited resources).The music is distracting and choppy.If you must have something to listen to while meditating,I would suggest the drone of a fan.

My favorite
I have tried quite a number of these recordings -- Dr Thompson's and others -- and find the Theta Meditation System by far the best. Despite the research telling us that the imbedded tones are what works, the music is a huge factor. Many recordings have animal sounds in them -- terribly distracting if you are a wildlife biologist and instantly try to identify the beast! -- or they have sudden changes in rhythm, or they drone on and put me to sleep. I'm sure this is largely a matter of taste! In any case I find this particular recording is soothing, with the bell sounds keeping me in the present and alert. I can get into a meditative state very quickly, and very deeply. Two CDs in the set makes it a bargain, too.

Not Holosync
I purchased this item hoping it might be half as good as Holosync by Centerpointe. I have to say I was disappointed. The music is mediocre and the effects were for me, were not apparent.

overall good
I have listened to this CD several times. There are 2 tracks. I really don't like the first one overall. The tones and flute sounds, etc seem more of a distraction and it just doesn't do it for me until almost the end of the track. The second track however I think is fantastic. Perhaps the first track is just to warm you up so you are relaxed for the second? Anyhow by the end of the CD you are in a pretty deep state of meditation.
