It is very helpful. I did not realize that sugar and yeast are enablers of candidiatis. I had ended up in the hospital with a yeast infection in the small bowel. Reading this book has helped me immensely. I would advise other people to get and read the book also, the title is "The Yeast Connection Handbook".

Rating: - Finally the answer!
I have been on a food elimination (allergy) diet for three years eliminating corn, wheat, soy, soda, fake sugars etc and have felt so much better! Even lost weight! Still, couldn't find a solution to my depression and lethary - just felt tired all the time. Now I know why. The yeast!!!!! Will take the next step in eliminating yeast from even rice breads with yeast, alcohol, and SUGAR!!! Am hopeful that the elimination of much of the sugar will control the yeast and I will start to feel better. Amazing book!!! Great alternative solutions for over the counter vitamins as well! I'm sending it to my mom and sister too who have the same symptoms!

Rating: - Necessary Handbook for the Yeast Sufferer!
I was lucky enough to find a physician to test me for Candidiasis after suffering from it for 15 years! However, he had no idea how to treat it so was open to my suggestions. I brought this book in with passages highlighted and he was willing to try the treatment exactly as outlined in your book! This was very recent so at this point in time, I am suffering from the initial die-off symptoms, but that gives me hope that it's actually working!
