This cookbook is fantastic. Not only does it provide a well balanced meal selection, all of the recipes are delicious and fun to make. Out of all of my cookbooks this one is my favorite. I use it the most and feel really great about the meals I make for myself and my family.

I read the Ultra Simple Diet paperback first, which then led me to the UltraMetabolism Cookbook. The cookbook has easy-to-follow recipes that clearly state allergens not included in the ingredients (such as gluten free, dairy free, etc.), making it easy to find a recipe that suits your needs. Every recipe I have tried has been very tasty. These recipes make is much easier to stay on track and lose stubborn belly weight.

While this seemed radical, it also seemed so logical. I put myself and husband on this program and we both lost 30 pounds. Since getting off the "whites", I am no longer constantly hungry; my health has improved and I feel better. It is worth the changes to enhance and extend your life.
