Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Thank you Fabian & Cecilia
After 3 differing attempts to learn the basics of tango from well intentioned instructors I felt there was something missing and I just wasn't getting "it". Thanks to this fantastic DVD the pieces have finally fallen into place. I now have the finer points of leading tuned to lead properly rather than the blind leading the blind. Fabian and Cecilia give instruction clear to understand and put into practice. Slow motion close lower body scenes as well as normal pace have helped me overcome the daunting. For a guy that is multi-tasking - steps, lead, choreograph, and safe navigation. Thanks Fabian & Cecilia. I'm looking forward to mastering Vols 2 & 3.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent
I like the way Fabian taught and I'm just starting to practice his lessons. I like the style and the way he taught on his steps. This is good for beginners and those who can dance Tango. He has his own style.I highly recommend this expecially for those who are just learning to dance Tango..

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Not as good as expected
Difficult English
No explainations as to how to stand and move with style.
Difficult to copy movements with dancers facing learner and one camera angle only.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fabian Salas is the Best!
This DVD is easy to understand and does explain the fundamentals of Argentine Tango. I used this DVD prior to taking a basic Tango class and felt very confident when I got there. Not to mention, that my Tango instructors studied with Fabian Salas in Argentina! Highly recommended!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Plain and Simple!
Both my husband and I loved this instructional DVD. Great introduction to the Argentine Tango and have already recommended it to others. Easy lessons to follow, to understand and to enjoy. Already ordered the next two volumes! Because of the confidence this DVD provided we have already signed up for a local Tango Festival.........and not as beginners!
