Amazon.com Product Description:
Finally, there's a way to burn vinyl to CD that doesn't require a computer or an engineering degree. With Teac's GF-350 turntable and CD recorder combo system, you simply load a blank CD-R or CD-RW, put on your LP, press 'record,' lower the tone arm, and press 'play.' You can record the entire album or simply pull select favorites from your entire collection to make your own unique compilations. Monitor your recording through the systems amplifier (3.5 watts per channel x 2) and twin 3-inch speakers, or avail yourself of the convenient front-panel .125-inch headphone jack.

The system is finished in black with a handsome woodgrain texture. Level meters and other CD feedback is visible from the system's backlit LCD. Please note that the GF-350 records only with CDs designated as 'music' or 'digital audio' (also CD-DA); computer-grade data CD-Rs are incompatible.

The GF-350 also offers features like automatic or manual track increment options (with 2 different level thresholds to choose from), manual record-level control, and an auxiliary set of RCA stereo analog audio inputs for recording from external sources like cassette, reel-to-reel tape, or even another CD player or MP3 player. Playback features include shuffle play, repeat play (1/all), and 32-track programming.

Tune in your favorite swing or big-band station on the rotary analog AM/FM tuner. The turntable supports 33-1/3, 45, or 78 rpm records, so you can play your entire collection--it even comes with a handy center-hole adapter for your 7-inch/45 rpm singles. A remote lets you operate everything from the comfort of your easy chair (but remember, you still have to get up to flip the records!).

What's in the Box
GF-350 system, 7-inch record adapter, a remote control, remote batteries, a user's manual, and warranty information.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Dissappointing
i've returned my unit 3 times as it's had numerous faults. Error 01, 02, 03, 04 & 05 yet under my warranty repair they found no fault which leaves me with a useless piece of equipment. CD's have gotten stuck and were only able to be retrieved after turning the unit off, then on again. Unit takes far too long to recognise the disc placed in the recording tray. When it works, it records with insufficient bass and there's no tonal control to correct that - i get better results with an external record player plugged in the auxiliary.
There is no output to connect it to another amp and the speakers on this unit are only small.
If you accidentally stuff up a track when recording on audio CD-R, you cannot delete it, you just have to record your track again and leave the first attempt on the disc.
When i've used CD-RW they record, but will not play back in any of my other CD players
A very dissappointing product.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Avoid this Product
Our TEAC GF-350 has never worked properly. The turntable component cannot play a record to the end without skipping. We took it to a local authorized repair shop where it sat for seven months waiting on a part that never came. We then sent it to TEAC, who proceeded to fix the wrong component (the CD player) and sent it back. The record player still does not work. This is a cheaply made product. There are many other options, most of which cost less, on the market. AVOID.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - USER FRIENDLY
I am not a high tech kind of person and I find this unit very
easy to use --- clearly very user friendly. I have made many
CD's from the vinyl records in my extensive record collection
from the 50's and 60's. The sound reproduction is acceptable.
I am fully satisfied with my experience with this unit and can
honestly recommend this unit to those who wish to burn CD's
from their vinyl records.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Convert your LPs & Audio Tapes
The easiest & fastest way to convert your favorite music to Compact Disc.
Records as you listen with a touch of a button. Great turn-table!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A Fabulous Player/Recorder
I bought this as a gift, but was so impressed, am going to have to buy one for myself!

Usually we're fans of Logitech's gaming mice, but its highest-end G9 Laser Mouse is expensive, overly complex, and lacks the ergonomic thought we've come to expect. If you like to brag about dot-per-inch limits, perhaps the G9's 3,200dpi laser will be enough to sell you, but for the price, we expect the design to match.

While compact and convenient, Panasonic's SD-based SDR-S150 camcorder doesn't make the quality cut.
