Thanks Amazon
I love to make tapes of the styles of music that i own. I had stooped for a while since retailer have stopped selling the TDK SA90 tapes. Thanks to Amazon I now can continue with my hobby. The tapes were delivered promtly and are of the high quality that I've always enjoyed.

Taping VINYL and nothing else!
I've been using TDK SA as well as Maxell IIL cassette tape for recording some of my estimated 3500 LPs and 250 EPs. I have, of course, one of the best cassette recorders on the planet. The two head Nakamichi BX 125 records beautifully. My sourse is a Nottingham Space Deck with Graham 2.2 tonearm and three stereo cartridges and a Mono one as well. I DO NOT record CDs. I'm only interested in keeping things "Analogue". I suppose it would be a wise move to start purchasing these tapes by the hundreds. I can't see them lasting another 10 years!
Jeff Galin of ESLabs keeps the NAK in fine working order. They don't make these anymore....so one has to keep them maintained to last.
Long live Analogue!!!

They work!
As an aging music geek - who still finds a use for cassettes - I've found that these TDK cassettes work in my deck when Maxells don't. In the olden days, I preferred Maxells, but the times have changed.

TDK SA IS CD Rot's Arch Enemy
People have been saying for years that tapes would die, but fortunately, they never seem to. I know a number of people who have the car stereo that has BOTH cd and the cassette. For that matter, I am starting to see cassette walkmans again. If you follow my reviews, you know that because of the dangers of cd rot, I prefer to make tapes of my cds and use them when possible. For those of you who don't know about cd rot, it is capable of wiping out a whole collection of cds. What happens is that heat and moisture turn the cd purple and make it unreadable. (In extreme cases, holes in the cd are prevalent.) If your cds are not so over the top, they may actually transfer well onto normal bias cassettes such as Maxell UR or TDK D. A previous reviewer pointed out that if you are making tapes of your cds to use in your car, a lot of times a normal bias cassette will suffice, since most car stereo speakers are not designed for high output. (He called the Maxell UR a perfect workhorse tape.) But moving to the high quality TDK SA tape, these tapes are superb and capable of holding the material even from high intense cds such as "Metallica's" 'Ride the Lightning,' "Megadeth's" 'Rust In Peace,' or "Exodus's" 'Tempo of the Damned.' I'll conclude by saying that TDK SA will not only give you excellent travel friendly copies of your cds, but using them when you travel will keep your cds safe from cd rot.

Quality Product
These tapes are the best for reproduction of sounds especially from CD. Sounds just as good.
