Great organizer tray for your workshop
Happy to say that I've purchased about 30 of these storage trays over the last 2 years for helping organize all the bolts, nuts, screws, washers, and other small items in my garage/workshop. These are MUCH BETTER than typical storage trays that adjust by inserting little divider panels (that always come loose or fall out and your stuff gets all mixed up again). Stanley's various box-shaped bins (small, med, large) are great for mixing and matching to conserve space. There are small notches in the bottom of the tray to prevent the bins from sliding around, and the lid fits snugly to keep your junk in place when carrying the tray. Plus each bin lifts out so I can carry only the nuts and bolts I need for the job and leave the entire organizer tray behind. The trays also stack nicely on top of each other with little notches that, again, prevent them from sliding around while stacked. The designers at Stanley did a nice job on these products.

Great for organization
I bought four of these and have to admit that I should have bought them sooner. It has a lot of storage compartments for storing those little bits and pieces of screws, bolts, etc. One great thing that I like is that the storage compartments come out. With my sausage fingers this is invaluable. I no longer have to try and grab those little screws. I can just pop the container out and dump out the screws that I need. In addition, if you have multiple units, and you need more of the smaller size trays, you can mix and match. I took some of the larger ones and swapped them with the smaller ones so I have one organizer with just small trays. very handy!!

This is the small version of the original Stanley Consumer Storage. Review the dimensions before buying.
Other than that, its organization is phenomenal.

It works as designed!
It kept things in their own compartments well. We used one for beads, and they stayed in place even when I shaked it up-side-down. We are going to buy 2 more.

Stanley 25 Compartment Organizer - Great Product
Stanley Consumer Storage 014725M 25 Compartment Professional Organizer
The Stanley Professional Organizer is a great product. This 25 compartment model has a variety of different sized compartments, including several sizes smaller than the one included with the 8 compartment model Stanley Consumer Storage 014708R 8 Compartment Deep Professional Organizer. They are both great.
This one is a little better for storage of smaller quantities of small parts. If you need to store larger pieces or need bins for large nubmbers of similar items (such as nails) you really should get the 8 compartment model instead. That goes as well for people using this for tech part storage.
I have plumber friends that also use this to store fittings. Just about every pro or hobbiest could find a use for this. In fact, there's probably a million uses, and depending on your needs the other styles may suit you. All of these are really good so you can't miss.
Love the durable feel, much better than most flimsy organizers I have tried. The compartments are all seperate, much better than the Workforce organizer which only has flimsy tabs seperating the areas.
I hope Stanley expands to this line of organizers because they are all really good.
Definitely try this.
