Simple to Use and No Computer Necessary
The DPP-FP75 uses a new icon-based menu system making navigation a breeze on its large, tilt-adjustable 3.5-inch LCD screen. Designed so anybody can use it with ease, the printer features a simple 3-step operation: insert a memory card, select a photo, and print. The buttons are large enough for fingers of all sizes, and the print button is clearly labeled and colored in blue.

The printer allows you to perform basic editing functions on a photo before you print it, including: enlarging, reducing, and rotating the prints, and adjusting the colors. The printer also has a convenient red-eye feature that can be enabled with a push of a button.

All this can be done without a computer, as the printer has a built-in memory card reader that is compatible with Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick PRO Duo, SD Memory Card, MMC, and xD-Picture Card. Most PictBridge-enabled cameras can also be connected directly to the printer. The printer natively supports JPEG, TIFF, and BMP file formats. Of course, you can connect the printer to a computer via USB and print out photos that have been edited and manipulated on your computer.

Outstanding Print Quality
Using dye-sublimation technology, the DPP-FP75 gives prints that exhibit a continuous color tone at a resolution of 300 x 300 DPI and a color resolution of 256 levels x 3 colors. Featuring SuperCoat 2 laminate, prints are less susceptible to fading, thanks to a durable coating that protects photos from water, heat and fingerprints.

The printer produces 4x6-inch prints in about 60 seconds. The printer offers several print modes including ID Photo, layout print, borderless print, border print, and date print. The Sony DPP-FP75 is backed by a 1-year warranty.
