Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Sony Baloney
I had this camera for only 4 months when the screen locked up and wouldn't function. I spent 8 bucks to send it to the Sony repair center where they said that the malfunction was my fault and that the repair would cost me $90 bucks. So the manufacturer's warranty is baloney, or
Sony Baloney. Effectively, there is NO manufacturer's warranty, just in case you want to buy this camera. Whatever goes wrong with your Sony camera is your fault, and they will NOT cover it. Needless to say, I will never buy another Sony camera. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Any camera malfunction is your fault and will not be covered by the so-called manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty is strictly HYPE.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - low price. valuable
it is replaced Sony W80. Image quality is better than W80. In Particular supersensitive picture(i.e. ISO800) is better than W80. And low price is good.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Love it!
I bought this camera for my 8 year old daughter's birthday. It is easy enough for her to use and takes great pictures. I find myself using HER camera instead of my own due to it's better quality pictures. I recommend this to anyone looking for a small, lightweight, convenient and quality camera.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great camera, good price
This camera has many functions, so many that I'm still not sure how to take advantage of them after a few months with it. All I can say is that a friend of mine who is an amateur photographer got a hold of it and took astonishing pictures with it.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Dead/stuck pixel on LCD Display
So, the DSC-W120 came in the mail today. I charged the battery via the charger, turned it on and viola: a dead or stuck pixel appeared on the top left of the LCD display. This is quite discouraging. I called Sony and they gave me the run-around even though their box states, "PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE STORE" urging costumers to call Sony with defective products. I took a few pictures and the dead/stuck pixel does not replicate itself in the photo. So, the question is should I keep it? Or return it and go through the hassle of a replacement or refund? I would like some insight here, since this is my first digital camera in (gasp) seven years!
