Rating: - Great headset phone
This phone has real good range as opposed to the previous phone I had (900 Mhz headset phone). It works well in and around lots of metal (I work in an industrial building) work also. The only downside is the small buttons. If they were any smaller I'd have to give it only 4 stars. For those that don't see well, the small buttons very well may be a problem.

I use the Plantronics CT12 2.4 GHz DSS Cordless Headset Phone with Caller ID for doing conference calls. It frees my hands so I can continue to work at the computer. Callers say they hear no surrounding noice and my voice is clear. I am happy with the product.

Great product for home office use. This is my second one. The first one worked great for about 6+ years. I bought a new one because after using it everyday for 6 years the battery finally got to a point where it was only good for 2 hours of talk time.

Product arrived in timely manner. I am pleased with the voice and sound quality of the product. For improvements, I would suggest a stronger belt clip and a greater volume gain.
