It Really Works
We began reading this book almost immediately upon receiving it - and immediately began putting into practice some of the techniques described in the book. IT REALLY DOES WORK.
Just by changing our usual negative thought patterns we have already experienced an improvement in our quality of life. I now have no doubt in my mind that I can have everything that I want.
It has been an interesting and enlightening journey thus far - actually noticing how the positive thoughts snowball into more positive thoughts and actions, and likewise the negative.
It's nice that my husband has been reading the book with me, because we are able to remind each other when we are getting sucked into our old habits. We have a young daughter who will benefit from the positive principles described in this book and not ever have to "retrain" her thoughts when she becomes older. It truly is all about habit.
We will be eternally grateful to Jerry and Esther Hicks - and Abraham - for sharing this so the rest of us can experience our own good fortune.
Oh and the book comes with a CD as well, which my husband listens to driving to and from work. Since he does not have as much time to read the book as I do, it helps him stay on track.

Outstanding - A Wonderful Shift in Energy About Money
For me there is all the difference between reading and listening to Abraham speak (through Ester Hicks, of course). The enthusiasm and delight that Abraham shows is itself a wonderful entertainment. The ideas about how we attract/create our reality are quite significant. The 8th CD in this series is different from the 1st 7, so be sure to listen it it. No need to listen in order, they have no order or sequence.

Money-grabbing narcissism-promoting CULT leaders
The Hicks are nothing more than ex-Amway peeps who repackaged their speil into a new-age 'channeling' picture...to capture YOUR money, mind, and YES...even your soul!!
This sums it up:
Regarding the Hicks' (FAKE) Abraham message-
..."maybe it makes some people feel better to believe that the poor, sick and disadvantaged people on the planet actually "chose" to be that way, but it never has me.
"I cannot stand this message. So, in other words, if they are choosing to be that way, then why should anyone ever help anyone else ever again?? Trust me- social change doesn't happen with a bunch of white, upper middle class folks sitting around a crystal pyramid and an Abraham book in their living room sending out good vibes and positive thought!
It is more like this: "Never doubt that a small, group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." - Margaret Mead
It takes action! It is not some friggin magical, mystical recipe that the Hicks - and the Secret - would have you believe.
Beware the persons who promise a quick, magical fix and beware the persons who claim to have a special direct link to God, or Source, or what have you."

Wonderful! This book is a must have for anyone who truly wants to live a different life.
This book is jam packed with insightful, life changing information. It is easy to read and understand. It also comes with a cd that I listen to over and over so all the information becomes second nature. A truly wonderful way to get in touch with who you really are and why you are on this earth now. I highly recommend it for those of us who are ready to claim our inheritance.

Money and the Law of Attraction
For many years now the teachings of Abraham, as delivered by Esther and Jerry Hicks, have moved, motivated, inspired and calmed me. This book is the culmination of the teachings thus far, giving practical advice and counsel for finding thoughts that align with our desires rather than with our fears. If, as Abraham says, the law of attraction is the most powerful law in the Universe, we are well served by finding better feeling thoughts and emotions every day and in every way. The better we feel, the better we feel. The more positive our thoughts and feeling the more we are led to where we want to go. Our negative thinking and feeling keep us captive of undesired patterns of behavior and outcomes. The teachings of Abraham are a powerful ally in difficult times.
