Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Manifest Your Desires: 365 Ways to Make your Dreams a Reality
I find this channeled writing just as meaningful as The Course in Miracles. I did not realize that the Law of Attraction in the Secret is based on the messages from the non-physical entity, Abraham, but I heard Jack Canfield mention this on one of his teleseminars, so I realized that it was true and decided to purchase to read what was said in this book,
"Manifest Your Desires: 365 Ways to Make Your Dreams a Reality." I felt amazing vibration and resonance in my heart!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - a SMALL booklet w a few sentences each page and art
This is a compilation of what the Hicks teach in a small 'gift' type format. Each page features colorful art surrounding a little circle in its center with a few sentences within it. I returned it as it was not described as such. But it would make a nice gift as a 'daily contemplation' book.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - manifest your desires
This a beautiful, little book...pleasing to the eye and to the mind!
This book is a useful tool to encourage positive thinking. A better feeling is only one thought away!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Manifest Your Desires - A Fun Tool For Transformation!
I bought this book knowing nothing about it. And then wondered if I really needed it when I have all the other Hicks/Abraham Books. But this one has turned out to be my favourite, and it is already well worn, travels with me everywhere, and is dipped into often.

Heard about The Secret, and The Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham, but having trouble applying these Universal Laws and making positive changes in your life?

Maybe you aren't a great reader, or don't have a lot of time each day to read. Perhaps you know somoneone who needs some simple, easy to follow advice about manifestation and changing their world from what they don't want to more of what they'd like.

This wonderful little handbook, Manifest Your Desires: 365 Ways to Make Your Dreams a Reality is a delightful package of day by day teachings that are thought provoking, wise, funny, and filled with practical ideas and suggestions that help you create more of what you Desire. It makes the teachings of Abraham, channelled through Esther Hicks, available in their most simple and clear format, supported by simple and enjoyable practical exercises you can immediately apply in your own life. The rich background images on each page add to the reading enjoyment, further facilitating a feel good, positive state of mind.

You could read this little book through in a few days, and then start back at the beginning again as I've done, enjoy the lift of a simple passage each day in your life, or even ask for Guidance and open the book randomly to provide you with new insights.

It's a great pocket tool, a thoughtful gift, and a helpful friend!
I highly recommend it!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Just Holding This Book In Your Hands Is Delightful!
I've been a student of the Abraham-Hicks work for about a year and have read many of the books, listened to CD's, subscribe to the newsletter - I even receive the daily emailed quotes - but this little book is really something special. It has an energy that is charming, engaging, helpful and insightful - all of which it lovingly imparts to the reader. I love this little book!

On paper, the Mio DigiWalker P550 looks to be an attractive gadget for the mobile professional, combining the capabilities of a PDA and GPS into one device. However, its poor battery life and subpar navigation skills tell a different story.

Though it won't appeal to the masses quite yet, the Nokia N800 Internet Tablet is a nice, portable device for on-the-go Web browsing, and it has some worthy upgrades.

Though it has a few design and performance glitches, the Sony Ericsson W300i is a quality, basic MP3 cell phone.

Diesel vehicles have nearly a 50-percent market share in Europe, thanks to tax incentives and diesel-friendly legislation across the EU. Diesels are so passé there that you can buy a BMW 730d and no one will think it odd that your luxury car burns oil. Pull up in a diesel 7-Series in America and people would leer at you like you've alighted from an amphibious vehicle reeking of saltwater and dead trout.

But now, thanks to the oft-reported combo of newly-raised CAFE standards, not-so-newly-raised gas prices, and the 50-state diesel engine, GM, Ford, and Chrysler are about to dip more than a hesitant toe into the diesel game. Chrysler offers a diesel in the Grand Cherokee, but soon all three automakers will offer diesels in their best-selling lineups of light trucks -- the Dodge Ram 1500 is expected to offer a 50-state diesel after 2009. Light trucks are being used to lead the charge since those buyers stand to gain the most with the least amount of (perceived) sacrifice.

Diesels currently have 3.2-percent of the American market. Some estimates put them at 15-percent by 2015. That's a huge leap, and diesel still has plenty of hurdles. Diesels will come with a cost premium over gasoline-engined cars. That should be easy enough to conquer -- incentives and some quick cost and longevity calculations should convince people of the benefit. The real hurdle is the nagging issue of perception. The plan will probably be to attack that with a price that makes the proposition unbeatable. Said Chrysler's director of environmental affairs, "If it's priced right, we can sell diesel here. Diesel can give you an immediate poke in fuel economy -- 20 to 40 percent. Not many technologies can deliver that today."
