Rating: - Good for the price.
Hubby says that his is nearly as good as his old one. Yes, the occasional pulled nose hair, but not enough tug to pull them out or cause tears. I bought him one or two others before this one that he didn't like at all. Either they didn't trim close enough or they pulled hairs constantly. This mangroomer seems to be the best of the lot of currently available nose trimmers.

Rating: - Tickle your nose
If you have a strong resistance to something tickling the inside of your nose buy this product. Otherwise, buy something else. I've had several of this type of trimmers in the past and never had a problem until this one arrived. I can't stand to use it because of the intense tickle it inparts in my nose.

Rating: - Funny but so True
It is funny to be discussing nose hair, but all men eventually have to deal with it. I have had literally over 5 to 6 different kinds of nose trimmers and this is by far the best. I am very impressed with the power of the trimmer and the durability. it is a great buy.

Rating: - Huge let down
After reading the other reviews here I was ready to have a good purchase. But the item arrived, and it was disappointing.
I started out with freshly recharged AA batteries, and it sounded like it was on the verge of dying. The motor would not keep a decent speed, sounded like someone trying to cut through a tree or something and getting it wedged constantly and jamming it up. Battery tested at about 1.49V. So I got a pack of brand new energizers, AA size. Also tested them with multimeter and were right about the same power level, and the unit did the exact same thing. As if there's a little poltergiest in there with a rheostat that keeps varying the speed of the thing. Sure, it can cut when it's at a high RPM, but that lasts for about 3 seconds, then it drops back down to barely moving and pulls painfully.

I may just have a bad one, and I will try to return it, but I won't get this as a replacement, I'll try another one.
