Rating: - Works great--even on masonry
This replacement flag is designed for a metal mailbox, however it will work nicely on brick mailboxes, provided you drill an appropriate-sized hole for a plastic wedge anchor and stainless screw. You also must drill shallow holes to accomodate extensions on the back of the base to prevent the base from moving as the flag is moved up and back. All of the drilling is simple using the included template. I am quite pleased with this product.

Rating: - Great price and quality
Not knowing anything about replacement flags, bought two from Amazon. This one from Fulton Corp is great - cheap price and heavy duty metal which is needed anywhere you get snow. The other brand I bought was also cheap price (Polsteins Home & Beyond), but turned out to be cheap flimsy plastic - steer clear of that one.
