Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - very good design.
the only shortcoming is that other product have a white or light colored lining which makes the contents more easily visible. The pockets here are all black, and the interior is obscured.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Simply Awesome
I had shoulder surgery a couple of years back so I bought this bag to avoid having to carry a heavy load around when traveling, and even just going back and forth to work. The bag has met and exceeded all my expectations, and Kensington has exceeded my expectations on customer service.

First of all, the bag has a tremendous amount of capacity, and the various compartments make it very easy to organize. I love being able to put my files in one compartment, magazines in another, expense receipts in a third, laptop in a fourth, and powerpack and mouse in a fifth, and still have room to spare. Second, the telescoping handle, weight balance, and smooth wheels make it a breeze to wheel arounnd. Third, it's well constructed and has held up very well to constant use, with the wheels being the only thing that have finally worn out due to use on pavements (as it turns out, this has only highlighted the excellent customer service). Fourth, despite its size, it fits underneath airplane seats on all but the smaller commuter planes (I can't get any work done on those things anyway, so I don't mind doing a gate check). And last, it's not leather, but the looks are quite professional, and I actually prefer the looks to smaller canvas computer bags.

But not only is it a great bag, it's also backed up by very good service. I recently called them to ask where I could buy replacement wheels as I had worn through the originals and it's not rolling as smoothly as before. I was told that they didn't offer replacement wheels for sale, but the bag is covered by a full warranty, and they would simply send me a brand new bag! They asked for the model number off of the bag, but didn't need a receipt or anything! Now that's what I call good customer service. Fingers crossed that I won't have any hitches from here, but the customer service approach was certainly admirable.

Net net, I'm glad I bought the bag and would definitely buy it again. It's great if you want to carry around a relatively large amount of stuff comfortably.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great quality item
there is no carry on like this you have a lot of pockets to carry your items; extra silence casters you carry this bag at the airports with no noise at all, A+++ for this item.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Like it
Have been using this product for 3 years for my 17 inch laptop. Like the design and ease it provides to carry the heavy laptop. Would certainly recommend it.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - If life hands you a huge laptop, this is a great bag to carry it with.
I was looking for a bag to carry my new work laptop, a 17" Dell Precision M6300, to and from work via mass transit and also as a carry-on when travelling for business. I am a 5'4" woman, and have trouble carrying heavy loads. My first choices was for a backpack, but I could not find one small enough to fit my back but large enough to hold the machine.

I looked at many rolling bags before choosing this one, and I am very happy with it. It holds the laptop securely in the sleeve, tight but not too tight. It was pretty easy to slip it back into the sleeve after going thru airport security, though I did have to take pains not to pack the bag too tightly. It is extremely well balanced, and rolls easily even fully packed on thick carpet. I have not used the shoulder strap yet, but when testing it I found it to be amazingly comfortable for such a heavy load.

Things I really like:
- The way it rolls
- The "ticket pocket" which easily holds an umbrella and my folding fan (important when you're taking mass transit)
- The T handle, surprisingly. At my height, I can choose to grab the bar below the handle and still have a secure grip.
- The add-a-bag strap on the back, which means it balanced securely on my larger bag when travelling.
- Shaping of the bottle pocket, which worked even when the bag was fully loaded.
- The front organizer
- The top carry handle. Comfortable whenever you need to lift the bag, like when getting on the bus.
- The price!

Things I don't like:
- Width of the bag. I'd prefer a "vertical" orientation if that was possible.
- Tight zippers in the pockets in the back. Makes those neat mesh bags harder to use.
- The way the grippy texture on the T-handle sometimes catches on my pants pockets.
- The middle "document" section when I was using it as a carry-on. I would have prefered more of a 70%-30% split of the space rather than 50%-50%. I don't carry a lot of papers or things that need to be kept flat, though.

If this is the type of bag you need, I definitely recommend it. It's even a little lighter than most of the other bags I was looking at.
