Brilliant!
When I scheduled foot surgery that would keep me on crutches for 6 weeks, I started looking around for exercise videos that I could comfortably do. I started with Jodi's first video and then bought Chair Dancing Around the World. The video is very well done. It moves along nicely. I found right from the beginning that I could work at my own level and still receive wonderful benefit from the exercise. It feels so good to move with the music after having to spend most of my day off my feet. I really love the variety of "dances" that Jodi does on this video. I am going to recommend Jodi's videos to my surgeon for his other patients that go through any surgery that limits their mobility for a period of time. Even though I will be walking again after six weeks, I will continue with this video for a long time.

I work with many people who do not have complete lower mobility, and with that, this is a WONDERFUL exercise video!
I look forward to the adventures of Jodi, Debora, Bruno, and the rest of the gang every time we utilize this video.

You Can Do This In A Wheelchair!
This is really an excellent video. In addition, I recommend Stolove's Through The Decades video. It is also chair-dancing, but I like it a bit better than Around The World (which I rated a 5, so I guess Through The Decades would be 5+)
It is possible to get fit while you sit!

Two Years and I Still Love It!
I began using Jodi's video while losing weight. I have severe problems with rhumatoid and osteoarthritis, so found most exercise videos off-limits. Didn't expect much of exercises done while sitting, so was very surprised when I found muscles being toned, and that my stiff neck and shoulders were becoming more relaxed and pain-free. This video is great, and has three levels of activity. One can begin with light motions, increase the intensity, and eventually work up to a very thorough workout. Jodi is a great coach, and this 40-minutes of activity flies by.

Great workout!
I was very pleased with the workouts I do while watching this tape! I thought that it would not be that much of a challenge, you are sitting down. But you really have a great workout with all the leg and arm movements. I have problems standing in regular workouts so sitting in a chair and still be able to execise is great!
