Zaio Zone Owner
Simple operation on this gps device with only 1 button. About the size of a small fliptop cell phone. Comes with a standard charger and a car charger (bonus star rating for that). I wish I could tell if its actually working while I score my zone. ***Warning***this device annoyingly shuts off every ten minutes. Having to constantly check if its on. I wanted to wear it around my neck but the space to slip a neckchain through is so small I haven't been able to find anything that fits. So, as I walk I have to carry it in my hand to see it is functioning. Lame.

Perfect B.T GPS reciver
I have test other type of B.T GPS antenna and hade some problem with communication and identify by my PDA. after reading information on the NET i found that the GlobalSat BT383 is a perfect and improved one.
On the 22 of March 2008 i ordered this B.T GPS reciver. The oreder was shipped and arrived to the address on the exact time as defined. The GPS B.T antenna recognised by my PDA in a seconde and since then work perfectly good. It is my Best recomendation for a B.T GPS reciver!!!

Excellent Item
It works pretty well and it is fast compared to other GPS devices. I tried it with my P990I PDA. Didn't have the feeling that I need a specialized navi system!

Bluetooth GPS
Good product. It picks-up new coordinates at fairly small intervals. Some of our users have reported a few occasions when they lost the signal from the satellite at locations you would not think would be obstructed (I am not sure if this was the hardware, Bluetooth connection, software they were using, or the location that caused the signal to drop).

Works Great While It Works
PRO: Lightweight receiver-only connecting via bluetooth to anything. Great SirfIII picks up multiple birds. Fast warm, fairly fast cold. Accuracy good for driving purposes. Good battery life and can buy multiple batteries for walking use. Limited diagnostic software available from manufacturer for 32-bit and 64-bit Vista.
Cons: Where to start? I use the BT338 (Black model) with a laptop and also Dell Axim x50v running Windows Mobile 5. Both connect via bluetooth. I use iGuidance, ESRI ARCPad, ESRI ARCInfo, and the manufacturer's own GPSInfo test software. I have re-paired the bluetooth connection on both the laptop and handheld and they pair with the BT338 and assign a COM port with a serial connection as required for the BT338. It no longer works. The GPS side has died. I have removed the battery for over twelve hours as customer support recommends to "reset the ROM." Google the read forums on this device and see what people are experiencing as they troubleshoot the same problems between themselves and the company in Taiwan that makes it.
Bottom line: I use this device with different hardware platforms and different software and the GPS, not bluetooth, side of the BT338 has reliability issues. Don't buy it!
