Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Easy to read Big Button phone
This is a very good phone if you are interested in Big and Easy numbers to read. The angle of the phone is perfect and makes seeing the caller ID great. The receiver occasionlly does not hang up well enough and that can be a problem. You need to be careful and check it. The price is surely right.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Absolutely Love It!
This telephone is exactly what I was looking for and what I expected. I had shopped around and this is the best product for the price. It works wonderfully and does everything that was described. I would recommend it to anybody.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Ear alert
This would have been a great phone, but every time I spoke I heard a loud, painful echo.I sent it back and ordered the GE 29569GE1 which is almost the same(the caller ID does not light up and is battery operated),but fortunately has no echo and is a great alternative.Neither phone has a pedestal mentioned in the directions(GE no longer feels this accessory is useful)so don't look for it.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - I wish someone would do this right
PROS:
I can read the display and the (main) buttons easily!
It plugs in so it does *not* eat batteries like others.
All cords plug in so you can replace with different lengths as desired.
Sits at a good angle on desktop
CONS:
The handset is awkwardly shaped, uncomfortable for me to hold for long, impossible to hold with shoulder if both hands needed.
The sound of my speech and the room noise seems overly loud and tinny in the earpiece, which is disturbing and makes it hard to understand.
Does not hang on wall at a good angle, making it hard to read display.
The first one we bought, the CID display died in two weeks, fortunately Amazon immediately replaced it. The second one is still working past 6 weeks.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Very Poor Speakerphone, other problems
Love the large buttons and display, BUT:
1. over half the people I talk with can't hear me thru the speakerphone
2. the phone needs an electric outlet
3. the CID IDs fewer than half the incoming calls
4. there's often feedback thru the speaker when I use the handset
