First impression is the fans are a little week, but probably sufficient. The fan connections don't look very durable either. It's one of those items that will stay on the desk or a large book, or else the connections will probably break.

The size is pretty much perfect for my 13.5" notebook, and the lower fan is in the right spot to blow air in my Fujitsu (Part of the reason I ordered this model). For this reason, it will probably work better than the Targus PA248U Chill I had it was on.

Bottom line... It's what I expected for the low price, so it gets 4 stars. It WILL do what I need, so I'm happy.

Note to MFG: Adding a on/off would be handy.
