Item as promised. Compression short material is heavier than other shorts I have purchased. Thick elastic waist band. Would recommend as a good buy.

Rating: - Great weekend shorts
I've bought a few Eastbay items now and I've been pleased with all of them. These shorts are a little baggy (by design)...maybe lose is a better description. I like the length too. Not too short and not silly long. I wish they had pockets, that would the only thing I'd do different next time.

If you've noticed that long walks and hiking/jogging just isn't fun due to the pain of your thighs rubbing together, don't hesitate to order a pair of these. I recommend getting a manly color such as green so that you don't feel so strange putting on your "special shorts" before a camping trip.
