Editorial Review:Product Description:The COKIN Super Speed Filter is composed of a concave halfprism and an empty portion, which leaves the image intact. In a whimsical fashion, it sets statues in motion. It also catches the sportsman in action ... especially when he's standing still. Used in a low position, it's the filter for take-offs. In high position, it's the one for giddy falls. The COKIN Super Speed Filter is also the inspiration for poetic worlds where objects leave behind the traces of their colors and contrasts. A filter for town and country, it stretches forms and gives them unreal contours.
Amazon.com Product Description:Cokin filters were invented by professional photographer Jean Coquin. By using square filters like Cokin's, which fit into a holder and are attached to a lens via an adapter ring, the photographer has a number of immediate advantages. There is no need to duplicate filters to fit different size lenses, up to three filters can be used at once to create unique effects, and the photographer has control over the positioning of the effect on the photograph.

Helpful hints : This filter is suitable with lenses up to 250mm. I recommend a large aperture on wide-angle lenses, and a smalleraperture with longer focal lengths. Do not cover the whole image withthe filter so you can keep part of the picture sharp. Do not use toosmall an aperture, or you'll see the filter rather than theeffect. This Filter can be used with all the color filters...
