Gorgonzola Torte
Torte is very creamy with alot of cranberries and nuts at the bottom. Excellent flavor, but use a simple cracker or melba type toast, so as not to take away from the flavor of the Gorgonzola. If you freeze the torte first, it will come out of the plastic container, for a nice presentation on your table.
