Product Description:
The new EXILIM EX-M20 model is 10% smaller than its predecessors with no sacrifice to function, and retain a resolution of 2.0 million effective pixels. A number of added features such as the enhanced movie recording facility of up to 60 seconds, extended battery life of 85% over previous models, and the new scratch resistant acrylic panel monitor (LCD), to name but a few, re-emphasize EXILIM as the perfect partner to take anywhere, anytime. The EXILIM EX-M20 is a mere 11.3 mm thick, 83mm wide and 53mm high. Its stylish stainless steel cases resist de-coloration and it's finished to a high gloss using CASIO's 'Ex Fine Blast Treatment'. Furthermore, a new lens protection cover has been added to help protect the lens from impact and dirt. This model incorporates a 1.6' TFT LCD screen with a digital interface, which produces vivid and clear images. Benefiting from CASIO's original design technology, the camera also features a new macro shooting function which allows images to be taken from as little as 30cm away, making the EX-M20 the first fixed-focus EXILIM model to be equipped with macro capabilities. The ability to record short movies, a major feature of its predecessors, has been improved upon by increasing the length of clips to up to 60 seconds. Due to its built in microphone and speaker, the EX-M20 enables users to capture movies with sound, as well as adding sound clips to individual pictures. The EX-M20 also incorporates CASIO's famous 'BESTSHOT' function, enabling users to set-up the camera for pre-defined scenarios. Once a scenarios has been chosen, such as portrait, scenery or night, users can then simply 'point and shoot', enabling even novices to capture perfect images every time. The camera has an internal memory of 10MB for storing images, this capacity can be increased by inserting a SD or MMC card into the EXILIM's external memory slot.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Amazing and Extremely Small and Durable Camera + MP3 Player
I bought the M20U (about 2 months ago) as a secondary cam, after purchasing the Canon IS S1 (wonderful camera), for a camera to have with me always. Obviously this isn't the "best" taking picture camera out there, but for the compact size, and I stress compact, it's smaller than a credit card super thin, and has a very durable steel body, and a very decent MP3 player, it was perfect for my needs. A camera to have anytime of the day or night (what good is a shot you could take if you have no camera at all). The flash isn't super, but adequate for portrait shots. Also, Casio really adds alot of features as mentioned above to this tiny cam, especially the auto lens cover. The picture quality is good, not great, it would never replace my S1. But if you want a camera to have with you all the time, I would recommend this tiny companion. If it's for your main and only camera, you may want to consider Canon or others. But as a complimentary camera, its perfect. I use the MP3 player everyday while im at work. I love it.. I tried the Pentax S4, ok picture quality also (the fuzzy corner issue there), but more expensive at the time and actually double the size of the M20 (depth wise) plus no MP3 player and macro. I wanted a camera that would fit in any pocket, shirt or pants and wouldn't notice the weight or bulk of it. Again, I would recommend anyone that can find one, try it out, it's a fun, fast shooting camera. I've got shots I never could have with my S1. I was really amazed how fast this thing can shoot. No AF lag whatsoever, and start up is fast, real fast. Great battery life also. I listen to my MP3 7 hours a day with life to spare. I usually charge it each night though. (...). Great site... Only cons, is, no optical zoom (never use digital zoom), but not a big issue, just move closer if possible to the subject.

Hope this helps someone out...

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Nice form factor, but lower image quality than expected
This is a great little camera for quick shots but actually had less resolution even on the highest setting than my dinosaur of a 1.3 mp Olympus. Also, movie mode audio track has a lot of digital noise. If you're after a fun all-rounder, however, this is a great camera with a fantastic user interface and design
