Great idea, a little too intense
I loved the idea, but for all flavors but the garlic herb, the smell was so intense it made me gag. After the skewer was cooked/steamed, you could get a better sense of the range of smells. Food tasted fine, but right out of the package, it's really strong.

BRILLIANT!
What a terrific concept! These skewers flavor the food from the inside out and you don't have to use a BBQ!
Rave reviews from my guests for the Thai coconut lime shrimp, the Mexican fiesta chicken and the Garlic herb veggies. They come with recipes on the back of the package but there are more on the Callison web site.
The only flavor I found medicinal was the Honey bourbon. I tried it in roasted sweet potatoes and in ham. It didn't work for me.
Other than that, I would suggest you try these skewers for fantastic flavor and that WOW factor!
